Devotion To Children (DTC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling the needs of children ages birth to six, so that they may become mentally, physically and emotionally healthy members of society.
Founded in 1994 in Falls Church, Virginia, DTC has collaborated with many like-minded organizations in the provision of childcare, health and educational services for needy families and their children. Both working and unemployed families need access to affordable, quality preschool, daycare, health and educational services unavailable to them without outside assistance. Devotion identifies those needs, and works to fulfill them.
