For 7 years now, the KAANV Job Fair has served as the premiere job fair in Northern Virginia. During these 7 years there have been major shifts in the economy, but what has remained constant is the satisfaction of the employers attending our fair. As the economy recovers, your attendance will provide you with an efficient opportunity to survey a large number of job applicants quickly and inexpensively. It also will enable you to network with other employers as well as promote your company in a large public forum (applicants numbering well over 1,000.)
